If all else fails

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, they say. The awesome thing is that you can fool that eye into thinking that something is flawlessly beautiful. If you’ve always dreamed of making it to the cover of Cosmopolitan, well that dream may just possibly turn to reality. With the advent of technology, you can play around with what nature has stubbornly given you and turn the not-so-pretty into stunningly gorgeous.

Photoshop is probably the answer to many a woman’s dilemma. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can magically transform that unappealing pot belly into severely sexy six-pack abs. Wrinkles instantly vanish, and those flabby arms become a faint memory.

The secret is out. Those picture perfect magazine covers seem too good to be true, well, because they are! Photo editors spend a lot of time tinkering with model’s and celebrities’ photos to make them appear with nary a shred of ugliness.

If subjecting yourself those tortuous sit ups is starting to dampen your spirits, you can try to use Photoshop as a tool to help motivate you to stick to your fitness goals. Amazingly, a computer program can become your partner as you work towards those goals.

Take a full body picture of yourself, and then edit it using Photoshop. Trim those body parts which need slimming down. A little retouch here and a nip and tuck there, and you’ll be toning your body without so much as breaking up a sweat.

It doesn’t end there, though. Once you’re done Photoshopping, you can make it a habit to look at that retouched photo of yourself to help motivate you to work hard at keeping fit. Visualize your real self in that post-Photoshopped body.

What the mind can conceive, the body can achieve. If you put your mind to it, you can photoshop your way to fitness.

(If you’ve been to a lot of dermatologists, dietitians and other beauty experts, if you’ve been to a lot of medication and nothing happens, you can try this! Hundred percent recommended!)
