Jennifer Aniston receives her star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The 43-year-old was accompanied by her boyfriend Justin Theroux and her father John Aniston (78) for the unveiling of her star on Los Angeles’ most famous pavement, the Walk of Fame – honoring Aniston’s achievements in film.
She was also with costars from her new film, Wanderlust. Just Go With It costar Adam Sandler’s speech goes “She prayed for three things. To have everyone in the entire world be fascinated with her haircut, to one day star in a movie about an evil leprechaun who kills people, and most importantly, receive a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame. Well today, Jennifer, the trifecta is here.” He was referring to “the Rachel” haircut which became a phenomenon among women for Jennifer’s role of Rachel Green in the TV series FRIENDS. The reference to leprechaun is about the top grossing movie Aniston starred in.
Aniston, who came in a designer summer dress of blue, red and white prints matched with strappy heels told the press that she felt”extremely flattered, humbled, nervous and excited.” Aniston’s star makes up the 2,462nd embedded stars on the famous pavement.
Wanderlust, which also stars Paul Rudd, Malin Arkeman and Aniston’s beau, Theroux opens on Friday (February 24) in the US and on March 2 in the UK.

Though I don’t like her completely, I’m glad she was given a star. Having established herself after the Friends series ended was indeed a feat. She deserves it. 🙂
