SAG Awards 2013 – Best Dressed

 

The Screen Actors Guild Awards is one of the most awaited events not only for celebrities and their fans but also for fashion writers, bloggers, photographers and enthusiasts in general. Why? Well aside from the recognitions and awards, it’s also the clothing and accessories that made people all over the world to watch and follow this prestigious awards night.

Since the 19th Annual SAG awards are over and winners are declared, it’s time for me now to declare my own winners of the red carpet. Below are my personal choices and picks of the Best Dressed female personalities that night.

Amanda Seyfried in Zac Posen Gown
Amanda was a total stunner that night! She wore an elegant looking strapless gown in a deep midnight blue by Zac Posen. That gown enhanced her awesome curves in a much nicer way. She also took the risk of wearing a big pendant necklace to contemplate the gown, and it works for her!

Jennifer Lawrence in Christian Dior Haute Couture Gown
The lovely and bubbly Jennifer Lawrence looks simple yet very adorable with her Christian Dior gown. Jennifer is the newest face of the Christian Dior brand and she is surely a right fit for it. Her night blue dress almost appears to have failed her last night (it seemed to have ripped on her way towards the stage to receive her award but the designers explained that it is how the dress were made- layered), still, she pulls it through.

Nicole Kidman in Vivienne Westwood Gown
As gorgeous as she is, Nicole Kidman really shined at the SAG awards night. She wore a sparkling beaded gown by Vivienne Westwood. That gown includes intricate details with a bit of provocative mesh layers. She partnered it with elegant earrings by Fred Leighton along with a diamond ring.

Nina Dobrev in Elie Saab Gown
Nina looks so elegant and gorgeous at her hot pink gown by Elie Saab at SAG awards night. That short-sleeved crepe gown is a part of Elie Saab‘s Spring 2013 collection. The said gown is perfect for her classy yet so hot and sexy personality. The color of the gown also works well with her skin tone or complexion.

Tina Fey in Oscar de la Renta Gown
Tina looks so classy and elegant at her black strapless Oscar De La Renta gown. She paired it with great looking Ferragamo footwear along with elegant jewelry by Fred Leighton. Her accessories, the belt and clutch, added more spark to her SAG awards night outfit.

Anne Hathaway in Giambattista Valli Dress
Anne, as expected, didn’t disappoint the press people who waited for her at the red carpet. She looks so fabulous at her Giambattista Valli gown. The outfit gave her a chic and feminine look. She completed her outfit with a custom made shoes by Jimmy Choo along side with Kwiat jewelry and Eddie Parker clutch.

Naomi Watts in Marchesa Gown
Naomi, as gorgeous and as elegant she is, showed that night with the brightest star power at her side. She wore a classic 1920s strapless white lace Marchesa gown. She partnered it with Christian Louboutin shoes and for the accessory; she picked a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch. Her jewelry that night is quite an attention grabber too! Naomi used a carat diamond earrings featured 541 white and pink diamonds to complete her SAG Awards night look.
