Months ago, almost everybody was talking about Black Friday deals and Boxing Day sales. However, many had not thought about the next round of sales that seem too good to pass. These kinds of sales usually happen when stores decide to offload excess inventory to give way to items that would be in season. For instance, September is usually the best time to shop for spring and summer clothes when stores begin a round of serious price-cutting.
