Blogging for hours could result in back and neck pains, especially now that I 've stopped working out for the meantime. I am certain, I'm not the only one who experience this, most of us (bloggers) do. Since back pains are connected directly to the spine, the interconnection of the muscles, bones and joints in it is greatly affected by one's posture.
